Adding A Property Listing To LandAHoy

LandAHoy is an Internet Listing service designed to give your property listings as much exposure as possible. This is accomplished through our easy to use property search features as well as our 'partnership' sites which display properties throughout the Internet.

Please review the information below as well as selecting the proper type of listing service you require.

For individuals listing a single property:
	Individual property owners may list a single property for sale for 6 months for FREE. Private individuals represent their own properties on the LandAHoy web page and are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and for editing or deleting them if sold or removed from the market before automatic expiration of the listing in 6 months. For Real Estate Professionals:
	Real Estate professionals include Sales Agents, Brokers, Lawyers, Building Contractors and Land Developers who have need to list more than one property. For these groups, LandAHoy offers a 3 month subscription service for FREE on an automatic renewal basis. While the subscription is active, the subscriber may list as many properties as they like. These listings will remain active for 6 months during which time the subscriber is responsible for their representations and for the accuracy of their listings and for editing or deleting them prior to automatic expiration in 6 months unless the subscription is renewed and remains active.
